Bailey Feature Artist – Steve Cooke
Steve's exhibition, Life is Once - Forever, will be on display in the Crystalbrook Bailey lobby from 1 June until 31 July 2026. Featuring a collection of fine art landscape photography, the exhibition showcases local scenes and locations that hold special meaning for Steve, captured through his unique perspective and deep connection to nature.

CC’s Bar and Grill
New menu. Featuring the best local produce. An elevated steakhouse experience with award winning wine list and a distinctly Cairns atmosphere.
Bar Bites menu available from 4pm - 5:30pm for those want quick without sacrificing quality. Featuring a selection of bold, flavour-packed small plates crafted for sharing. From inventive twists on classic favourites to fresh, locally sourced ingredients, each dish is designed to delight your taste buds. Perfect for a pre CPAC or Cairns Convention Centre show meal.
Pachamama
Rooftop dining with city views and bold flavours. Expect music, margaritas and a lively crowd. Check out our Hora Loca specials, available every afternoon from 4 - 6pm (hello $11 tacos and margs).
Sunday Sessions bring the rooftop to life. The grill is hot, the drinks are cold, and the rooftop is calling. From 4:00pm to 8:00pm every Sunday, watch our chefs fire up the parrilla barbecue as they grill a rotating menu of Latin American-inspired favourites.
Sunset Salsa takes over every Saturday from 7pm, when the rooftop comes alive with music, movement and the joy of social dance. Start the night with a complimentary introduction from the Sabor Dance Company, then join the crowd as the sun sets and the salsa begins. No experience needed, just bring your energy.
