The grill is hot, the drinks are cold, and the rooftop is calling. From 4:00pm to 8:00pm every Sunday, watch our chefs fire up the barbecue as they grill a rotating menu of Central and South American-inspired favourites. Expect smoky, flame-kissed dishes like char-grilled picanha with chimichurri, pork belly skewers with pineapple glaze, loaded choripán and local prawns churrasco-style, plus vibrant sides and house-made salsas.
With $15 plates, it's easy to mix and match your favourites. Order a few dishes and build your own feast to share across the table while the rooftop fills with music and the aroma of the barbecue.
