From 4:00pm to 8:00pm every Sunday, watch our chefs fire up the barbecue as they grill a rotating menu of Central and South American-inspired favourites. Expect smoky, flame-kissed dishes like char-grilled picanha with chimichurri, pork belly skewers with pineapple glaze, loaded choripán and local prawns churrasco-style, plus vibrant sides and house-made salsas.
Order individual dishes, build your own feast or share a platter across the table while the rooftop fills with music and the smell of the barbecue.
