Halifax, Victoria and Light form a flexible collection of meeting and conference spaces for more than 100 guests. Halifax and Victoria can each be used as one larger room or divided into two, giving you space for presentations, workshops, breakout sessions and the part of the agenda that inevitably runs over.

Halifax is designed for larger conferences and gatherings, with the option to divide the space into Halifax I and Halifax II. Victoria offers the same flexibility on a more intimate scale, while Light gives smaller groups a room of their own.
Use them separately. Open them up. Move between them as the day changes. However your event takes shape, the space moves with it.
Lunch worth leaving the room for
Crystalbrook Sam sits on Halifax Street, three streets south a gentle stroll from the Central Market, in a city that’s spent centuries getting food and wine right.
From first coffee to the last canapé, the food at Crystalbrook Sam is built around seasonal Australian produce, with South Australia doing much of the talking. Think five rotating delegate menus, generous salad stations, hot lunches, market-fresh oysters and prawns, local charcuterie and cheese, shared plates, sashimi prepared to order and desserts by a dedicated pastry chef. Thoughtful, abundant and designed to keep people at the table a little longer.
Because nobody remembers the spreadsheet. They do remember lunch.
Private dining on Level 12
Some conversations improve once the menus arrive.
Located in the rooftop restaurant, 1836 and Menio offer two distinct private dining rooms for client dinners, celebrations and smaller gatherings.
1836 sits within the rhythm of the restaurant, separated by a curtain when privacy is called for. Menio is fully enclosed beside the bar, giving the table a room entirely to itself.
Add South Australian produce, a considered wine list and views across Adelaide, then allow a little more time than you originally planned.

With 196 rooms and suites upstairs, interstate teams and conference guests can stay together without the usual transport hassle.
