To celebrate, CC’s Bar and Grill is thrilled to open its cellar doors for an exclusive look at some of its finest vintages and stellar Champagne list.

Pouring specials including Louis Roederer and Charles Heidsieck, among others, paired with menu favourites including Polanco baerii Siberian reserve caviar, natural Australian oysters, tuna carpaccio, grilled Atherton red claw and Tableland beef tartare.
