Paper Crane by Crystalbrook is excited to bring the very best of Melbourne’s uber hip dining scene to Cairns, with a one-night only experience of authentic and robust South East Asian cuisine with Executive Chef Adam Woodfield of Salted Egg; Quincy Hotel Melbourne’s new restaurant.
On Thursday 9 September, take your tastebuds on the ultimate trip. Departure is at 6:00pm sharp so strap yourself in and be prepared for an interactive evening of fun and flair.
Throughout the evening Chef Adam will also chat to us about his favourite dishes, and give us a few tips and tricks along the way on how we can replicate the dishes at home. All guests will take home their own Paper Crane Passport with four exciting recipes from the night.
Tickets are $79 per person and includes a four course share-style menu with a welcome drink on arrival.
