Crystalbrook Sam: Opening late 2026
We’re thrilled to introduce Crystalbrook Collection’s new addition in-the-making: Crystalbrook Sam, Adelaide.
The hotel will be located on Halifax Street, positioned between Gilles Lane and Halifax Street, which is situated three streets south of Adelaide’s Central Market. The hotel is set to encompass the local community and endorse South Australia’s expertise on food, wine and nature.
Marking Crystalbrook Collection’s first South Australian hotel, Crystalbrook Sam will bring a new expression of contemporary luxury to the city through design-led accommodation, signature dining and elevated wellness experiences.
The hotel will feature 196 rooms and suites, along with a standout Level 12 restaurant with sweeping panoramic views of the CBD and out to the Adelaide Hills. The 120-seat venue with private dining space, is poised to become a new highlight of Adelaide’s dining scene, showcasing South Australian produce through an elevated, modern lens.
The hotel will also introduce Eléme Day Spa to Adelaide for the first time, bringing Crystalbrook’s refreshing wellness philosophy to the city. The spa will sit alongside a gym, sauna, and swimming pool. Crystalbrook Sam will also feature a ground-floor café and bar and flexible meeting and event spaces for over 100 attendees, across three meeting rooms and two conference spaces.
Crystalbrook Sam will continue our commitment to sustainability (or what we call Responsible Luxury), with initiatives including 100% recycled coat hangers and timber key cards, minimising single-use plastic and use of technology to eliminate paper waste, and aiming to source 80% of fresh produce within a three-hour drive of each hotel.
