From Monday 4 to Sunday 10 August, Crystalbrook Riley’s trio of restaurants invite you to experience Oyster Week – a seven-day showcase of limited-edition oyster specials, crafted by our chefs and served with style.
At Rocco (Tuesday to Saturday):
- Freshly shucked oysters with pink grapefruit and sumac (GF, DF)
- ½ Dozen – $24 | 1 Dozen – $48
- Beverage specials available – including Rocco’s Martini and Taittinger Champagne

At Calypso Club (Monday to Sunday):
- Oysters with pickled pineapple and pink peppercorn mignonette (GF, DF)
- ½ Dozen – $30 | 1 Dozen – $58
- Starts with a house-made pineapple and pink peppercorn cordial as a palate cleanser
At Paper Crane (Monday to Sunday):
- Million-Dollar Oyster – $15 each
- Topped with Fraser Isle spanner crab, Yarra Valley salmon caviar and Osietra caviar
