From Tuesday 5 to Saturday 9 August, CC’s Bar and Grill presents an exclusive oyster tasting flight – a limited-time experience designed for those who appreciate the finer things.
On the menu:
Oyster Flight – four oysters, four dressings – $20
Natural
Mignonette
Chimichurri
Wagyu dust
With optional Wine Pairing – four wines (75ml pours) – add $46
Served at the bar from 4pm and in the dining room from 5.30pm.
