To keep the weekend vibes grooving along, our resident DJ will be spinning beats from 5:00pm.

- Two Natural oysters with a red wine vinaigrette
- Warm olives, confit garlic and orange
- Fried polenta wedge, whipped ricotta, sage and balsamic vinegar
- Oven baked brioche, black salt, Sunshine Coast butter, balsamic vinegar and olive oil
