Located an hour’s drive from our hotel, Tamborine Mountain Distillery takes your taste buds on a memorable journey. The distillery’s eco-formulations replace harmful chemicals with precious natural ingredients and native flora to create smooth and unique flavours. From their use of rainfall water, effective recycle program, and solar panels push energy back into the grid, Tamborine Mountain Distillery is leading the way in sustainability.  
Tamborine Mountain Distillery is stocked in both Fiume Rooftop Bar and Mews.

Felons Brewing Co 

Founded by Brisbane locals, Felons Brewing Co. is a modern-day brewery proudly positioned on the banks of the Brisbane River, across from Crystalbrook Vincent within Howard Smith Wharves.  
Felons Brewing Co is available on tap at Fiume Rooftop Bar and cans in Mews.

Speld Queensland and Dyslexia Awareness Month 

Speld Queensland supports all Queenslanders experiencing learning differences to realise their full potential in all circumstances. Crystalbrook Vincent is a proud supporter of Speld Qld and Dyslexia Awareness Week.  


The Australian Koala Foundation estimates there could be fewer than 50,000 koalas left in the wild. Wildcare assists in the rescue and care for sick, injured, orphaned and displaced native wildlife, and promoting the protection of wildlife by maintaining and re-establishing habitat. 
Crystalbrook Vincent supports Wildcare through donating $2 from every Pink Koala cocktail sold in Fiume Rooftop Bar. 


River to Bay

River to Bay is the result of a long- held dream to connect the people of Brisbane and the city’s visitors to the river and the attractions of Moreton Bay and its islands. River to Bay is locally owned and operated, and one of Crystalbrook Vincent’s preferred local experiences. 


Howard Smith Wharves

Howard Smith Wharves is Brisbane’s newest riverside entertainment destination, located beneath the iconic Story Bridge. Celebrating the best of Brisbane and originally constructed in the 1930s, the precinct has brought life back into a historic space with a waterfront entertainment area that provides the perfect setting to eat, drink, play and stay. Howard Smith Wharves has set ambitious sustainability goals and are continually improving our operations to lessen our impact on the environment, including a 91.91% landfill diversion rate with the goal to achieve zero waste through the precinct.

Empowering you to move freely, DK Active is for everybody and every body. Proudly manufactured in Australia, DK Active strive to change the game in environmentally responsible design. Their HQ, based in North Brisbane, runs on solar power and a passion for ethical business practice. with a factory that meets all Australian standards for ethical clothing manufacturing. Crystalbrook Vincent guests can browse DK Active’s latest collections and receive exclusive discounts from their in-room tablet.
