Keepin' It Local

We love to partner with local businesses, groups and suppliers

The best city stays don't happen by accident. They're shaped by local makers, passionate producers, neighbourhood favourites and the people who give a place its personality.

From the brewery pouring your afternoon beer to the chocolatier crafting your late-night snack, we're proud to partner with locals who share our passion for local, sustainable hospitality.

Here's some of our favourites...

Taste Brisbane

Mayfield Chocolates

For milestone moments, special celebrations and VIP arrivals, we turn to Mayfield Chocolates. Handcrafted in Brisbane since 1993, their award-winning chocolates showcase some of Australia's finest ingredients, from native macadamias and Tasmanian leatherwood honey to Queensland dark rum and fresh cream.

Rich, indulgent and impossible to stop at one, they're our way of adding a little something extra to the moments worth celebrating.

Bear Bones

Some people hit snooze. We'd rather hit espresso.

That's why Mews proudly pours Bear Bones Coffee. Born in Brisbane's Fortitude Valley, they've spent more than a decade obsessing over exceptional beans, expert roasting and helping cafés brew coffee worth getting out of bed for.

The result? A seriously good cup, served daily at Mews.

Felons Brewing Co

Good beer tastes even better when it comes with a river view.

Founded by Brisbane locals and located right here within Howard Smith Wharves, Felons Brewing Co. has become a favourite gathering place for locals and visitors alike. With a passion for brewing quality beer and creating memorable moments by the water, they're a natural fit for our neighbourhood.

You'll find Felons pouring on tap at Fiume Rooftop Bar and available in cans at Mews, making it easy to enjoy a taste of Brisbane without venturing far from your room.

Floofy Patisserie

The humans get rooftop cocktails. The dogs get Floofy treats.

Located in nearby Paddington, Floofy Patisserie creates healthy, handcrafted treats for pups with expensive taste. Freshly baked, delightfully bougie and guaranteed to earn a tail wag or two, their goodies feature in our Sit. Stay. Sleepover package.

Story Bridge Adventure Climb

Sure, the view from your balcony is impressive.

The view from the top of Brisbane's most iconic bridge? That's another story.

Climb above the city, soak up 360-degree views of the river and skyline, and earn serious bragging rights while you're at it. Whether you're chasing sunrise, sunset or simply a better angle for your camera roll, this is Brisbane at its boldest.

Howard Smith Wharves

Some hotels are near the action. We're literally sitting in it.

Tucked beneath the Story Bridge and stretching along the Brisbane River, Howard Smith Wharves is where long lunches become sunset drinks, one drink becomes two, and plans have a habit of changing for the better.

Home to thirteen of Brisbane's best restaurants, bars and event venues, it's the kind of neighbourhood that makes leaving the hotel surprisingly difficult.

Good thing checkout isn't until later.

A Group Of People Walking On A Bridge

Backing Brisbane beyond our walls

We don't just love Brisbane. We back it.

From restoring local waterways to supporting the organisations shaping Queensland's tourism, hospitality and food industries, we're proud to partner with people making a positive, sustainable impact across our community.

OzFish

The oysters enjoyed at Fiume Rooftop Bar don't end their story on the plate. Through our partnership with OzFish, used oyster shells are collected and returned to Moreton Bay reef restoration projects, where they are used to help create the foundation for new marine habitats and healthier waterways.
