- Shucked oysters with limoncello granita (df, gf)
- Stoned baked sourdough with herbed cultured butter (v, vga, dfa)
- Burrata with heirloom tomatoes, crispy prosciutto and basil oil with homemade focaccia (va, vga, dfa)
- Chargrilled lamb riblets with mint, garlic and red chilli sauce (gf, df)
- Kingfish ceviche - leche de tigre marinade, mango gel, pickled fennel and red onion (df, gf)
- Chocolate salami - organic chocolate, crushed biscuit, liqueur infused cherries and pistachios (v)
- 2hrs bottomless drinks package, featuring:
- Vincent lemon drop - house-made limoncello, italicus aperitif, lemon juice.
- Hugo Garden Spritz - elderflower liqueur, sparkling wine, elderflower syrup, lemon juice, soda.
- Brisbane Spritz - lillet rouge aperitif, orange, tonic.
- Sangria - French sparkline rosé, cointreau, peach schnapps, orange juice, lemonade, fresh fruit
- Bloom Sauvignon Blanc - 150ml
- Alta Pinot Noir - 150ml
