On Saturday 21 February 2026, Paper Crane welcomes the Year of the Horse with a one night only dining experience that brings together bold flavours, live performance, and a sense of theatre from the moment you arrive.
Hosted at Crystalbrook Riley, the evening is designed to unfold with intention. Guests are welcomed with a celebratory arrival drink before settling in for a curated multi course menu, complemented by live elements and cultural performances timed to build atmosphere across the night.
