Aqua Sculpt Booking Policy

All guests are advised to meet their instructor promptly at 8:00am at the Crystalbrook Riley upper pool outside Paper Crane for a safety induction. It is kindly requested that you bring a towel to class. Classes are available for ages 18 and over, and are designed to accommodate all fitness levels. Please note that this activity is not suitable or advised during pregnancy. 

Weather Cancellation Policy: In the event of inclement weather, Aqua Sculpt Floating Fitness will be cancelled due to the safety and security of the attendees and instructor. A member of Crystalbrook Riley will directly email you to the contact provided upon booking 60 minutes prior to the event should this occur. Your session may be transferred to another session should this be possible pending availability, alternatively a refund will be allocated at the discretion of Crystalbrook Riley management. Classes will still occur during intermittent rain and refunds will not occur for change of mind cancellations.

Pool access: Following the class, continued access to Crystalbrook Riley’s pool is reserved for hotel guests. Non-hotel guests will be required to leave the pool area once the class and post-class refreshments have concluded.

Late Policy: If you are not at the Crystalbrook Riley upper pool outside Paper Crane at the scheduled start time, it is considered a no-show, and we reserve the right to assign your spot to another person on the waitlist.

Cancellation/No-Show Policy: You may cancel your reservation with our team up to 24 hours in advance by emailing [email protected]
Members who cancel after this time or “no-show” to a scheduled class will be charged in full. Should you arrive late, you may lose your spot to a standby or waitlisted client, or you may not be permitted to attend.
