Welcome to the Kingsley Winter Lodge, a cosy retreat where magic happens and drinks flow. Conversations take interesting twists around the fireplace as you soak up the warmth of the winter sun or stargaze by night.
Reserve your own exclusive dining dome and indulge in a share-style Winter Warmers menu.
Each dome experience includes exclusive 2-hour use of your own Winter Lodge dome, with casual seating and cosy winter theming, plus a communal fire pit. Indulge in a convivial share-style menu and winter cocktails.

The Winter Lodge is available to book from June 5 - August 30, 2026
Open for sittings at 3pm, 5.30pm and 8pm

Your Winter Lodge dining experience includes:
- A cocktail or Guiness pint on arrival
- Shared three-course winter menu
- 2 hour dining experience in a private Winter Lodge dome
The Winter Lodge dining domes are available to book for a minimum of four and a maximum of eight guests.
We are able to accommodate gluten free, dairy free, vegetarian, and no seafood dietaries that are noted at the time of booking. We are not able to accommodate for any dietaries that are not noted ahead of time

Winter Lodge experiences start from $120 per person, which includes exclusive use of a private dining dome and a seasonal shared menu. Pricing may vary for special events.
How many people fit in a dining dome?
Each Winter Lodge dining dome can accommodate between four and eight guests, making them perfect for intimate celebrations or cosy catch-ups with friends. If you have a larger group, we can allocate multiple dining domes.
Can I book the whole Winter Lodge for a private event?
Yes. The Winter Lodge terrace and our three dining domes are available for exclusive bookings. Please contact our events team for more information.
Are the domes heated?
Yes. Every Winter Lodge dining dome is fully enclosed and heated, creating a cosy atmosphere so you can enjoy the experience comfortably throughout the Newcastle winter.
Can you cater to dietary requirements?
Absolutely. Our team can cater to most dietary requirements, including vegetarian, dairy-free, no seafood and gluten-free options. Simply let us know your requirements when making your booking so we can ensure your Winter Lodge experience is just as delicious. We are not able to accommodate for any dietaries that are not noted ahead of time.
