Consider Christmas Day taken care of. The table is set, the glasses are polished and all that’s left to do is gather your nearest and dearest for a festive feast overlooking Newcastle and the harbour.
Start with a Christmas cocktail before settling in to Coffs Harbour King prawns, Hiramasa Kingfish sashimi, Tasmanian King crab legs and hand-shucked oysters. Alongside the seafood, discover a fresh selection of salads, before making your way to the carvery for roast turkey with truffle butter, maple and black garlic glazed ham, herb-crusted rump and all the Christmas trimmings.
Save room for the patisserie, where croquembouche, pavlova and plenty of sweet treats await, with two hours of free-flowing drinks to toast the occasion.
This Christmas, spend less time preparing and more time around the table. We’ll take care of the feast, keep the glasses clinking and even handle the washing up. Your only job is to settle in, raise a glass and enjoy Christmas with the people who matter most.

- Adults: $299 per person
- Teens (12–17 years): $189 per person
- Children (under 12 years): $99 per person

Terms and Conditions
- Full prepayment is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
- Table allocations will be confirmed on the day.
- Any additional balance is payable by card prior to departure.
- Please note, split bills are not available.
- In-house guests may charge any remaining balance to their room, provided a valid credit card is registered at check-in.
- Guest numbers are final prior to the event and additional seats cannot be accommodated on the day.
- Our menu may be subject to change depending on seasonal availability.
Cancellations and No-Shows
We understand plans can change. Cancellations made at least 14 days prior to the event will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made within 14 days of the event, or in the case of a no-show, are non-refundable and the full prepayment will be retained. Prepayments cannot be transferred to hotel credit.
