Executive chef Matthew Smith has prepared a menu reminiscent of summers spent by the Mediterranean Sea, where the spritzes continue to flow and lazy afternoons are spent grazing in the sun.
Begin with house-baked focaccia, Sicilian olives and San Daniele prosciutto, Truffle Salami and Buffalo mozzarella. Next, indulge in Mussel escabeche and Wild mushroom crostata before finishing with Grilled pork chorizo and Saffron duck ragu arancini. Just when you think you couldn’t fit anything else in, finish the afternoon with a light Rosemary and olive oil cake.
