Executive chef Matthew Smith has prepared a menu reminiscent of summers spent by the Mediterranean Sea, where the spritzes continue to flow and lazy afternoons are spent grazing in the sun.

Begin with house-baked focaccia with whipped ricotta and confit tomatoes, Sicilian olives and San Dannielle prosciutto. Next, indulge in broad bean and mozzarella crostini, fried zucchini flowers and Yamba prawn arancini before finishing with garlic butter scallops and polpette. Just when you think you couldn’t fit anything else in, finish the afternoon with a light Campari and orange sorbet.
