Chilled Seafood Market: Local tiger prawns with Marie Rose sauce, oysters with mignonette, smoked salmon, mussels with kaffir lime & coconut dressing
Charcuterie & Cheese: Prosciutto, mortadella, salami, Queensland cheeses with native honeycomb, pickled Davidson plum onions, bush chutneys, crispbreads
Fresh Summer Salads: Cherry tomato & bocconcini with basil, mango & rice noodle salad with Thai herbs, roasted pumpkin, quinoa & feta, rocket & olive salad with lemon vinaigrette
Hot Carvery & Mains: Honey-glazed Bangalow ham with spiced pineapple glaze, roast turkey breast with cranberry jus, slow-roasted rib eye beef with red wine jus, barramundi fillet with coconut cream & kaffir lime
