Every Wednesday evening, settle in at Flynn's Italian for a relaxed pairing of comforting handmade pasta and a glass of Chianti for $39 per person. Available from 5:30pm to 7:00pm, it's an easy excuse to catch up with friends, enjoy date night, or simply skip cooking for the evening.
Choose from four Italian favourites, each served with a glass of Chianti:
Lasagna alla Norma
eggplant, ricotta, mozzarella, parmesan and basil
Pasta Gremolata
spaghetti, asparagus, parsley, garlic, lemon and chilli
Casarecce al Pomodoro
tomato, basil and parmesan
Carbonara
fettuccini, guanciale, pecorino Romano and egg yolk
