A Taste of the Feast
Come hungry. From chilled seafood to Christmas classics, there’s plenty worth making room for, including:
Seafood and grazing: Australian oysters, chilled prawns, mussels, kombu dashi scallops and smoked salmon, alongside artisan breads, charcuterie and Atherton Tablelands cheeses.
Fresh summer salads: Heirloom tomato and mozzarella, roasted pumpkin and quinoa, and char-grilled corn salad bring fresh flavours to the festive spread.
Carvery and all the trimmings: Maple-glazed ham, roast turkey, herb-crusted Tablelands beef, five-spice pork belly and Atlantic salmon, served with roast potatoes, honey-glazed carrots, green beans and pumpkin.
Something sweet: Christmas pudding with brandy custard, tropical pavlova, Yule log, chocolate tartlets, fruit mince tarts, red velvet cake and macarons. Finish with a scoop from the gelato bar and your pick of sauces and sprinkles.
