This is high tea, Byron Bay style. Inspired by the subtropics and served with a spirited twist, Brookie’s Gin High Tea blends elegant classics with local ingredients and a dash of playfulness.
Created in partnership with Cape Byron Distillery, the menu pairs classic high tea favourites with a Northern Rivers twist. Think gin-cured trout, Davidson plum lollypops and rhubarb jam infused with Brookie’s Dry Gin. Locally grown, lovingly poured and inspired by the land around us.
The Brookie’s Gin High Tea:
$99 per person served with a Brookie’s Spritz on arrival and a tea or espresso coffee.
Make it sparkle:
Switch your Brookie’s Spritz for sparkling wine (for no charge) or upgrade to French Champagne for +$15.
Framed by 45 acres of subtropical rainforest, this is Byron Bay high tea at its most grounded and generous. Slow down, sip gently, and let the forest do the rest.
Guests are invited to explore the surrounding rainforest trails before or after their sitting.
The fine print:
Minimum 2 people. Bookings are essential and subject to availability. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Bookings cancelled within 24 hours or no-shows will be charged in full per person.
Please advise of any dietary requirements at the time of booking. A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for all dietary requests. Crystalbrook Crowd discount not applicable.
