Celebrate the end of the year in true Byron style, surrounded by nature

Pop. Fizz. Clink. Say goodbye to 2025 with a little sparkle and a lot of flavour. 

See out the year the Forest way: chilled bubbles, cicadas humming, and a five-course throwback to our all-time favourite dishes. 

A solo musician will soundtrack the evening from 6pm, setting an easy rhythm for good food, good wine and even better company. 

We wind things up at 10pm. Ideal if you want to do an early toast and float back to your suite, or head off into Byron to chase midnight however you choose.

The fine print: Bookings are subject to the following cancellation policy: 7 days prior incurs no charge; up to 48 hours prior incurs 50% charge. After this time, any cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice will incur the full price of booking. Debit cards and all major credit cards are welcome. No CROWD discount applied on New Year's Eve reservations.
