Every Wednesday in winter, we'll be serving up the best of our region's mussels with a heaping side of fries (of course). Pair it with a glass of wine, your favourite brew or simply enjoy them as they are.
Set next to a lush rainforest oasis, Forest Byron Bay celebrates sustainability working hand-in-hand with local farmers, growers and artisans.
