Hosted by the fabulous lady of wine and co-founder of Byron Bay Champagne Club, Jane Thomson and also by Antrim Dalton, Australian Sales Director for Champagne Collet this will be an entertaining and educational evening not to be missed.
Join us under the canopy of the Rainforest Verandah at Byron, for an evening full of authentic, elegant and refined flavours. Featuring four delectable courses prepared by new Executive Chef, Minh Le, each carefully paired with five incredible flutes of Champagne Collet.
