From 15 April 2024 until 28 June 2024, we’re doing some rectification works at Crystalbrook Bailey hotel.

During this time, the Crystalbrook Bailey experience might look a little different. While we work on this, we want to assure you that we will make our renovation as easy as possible for you.​

What to expect:​

• Rectification of areas of the building which includes periods of noisy works​ between the hours 9:00am - 3:00pm, Monday - Friday (weekdays only).
• Change to accessing the hotel floors via lifts (please note some lift access may change)
• Occasional changed access to Crystalbrook Bailey spaces and areas.

​Updates on these works will be available on your in-room TVs and from our Collaborators at front desk (that's Crystalbrook for staff) during your stay.​
