Sit. Stay. Sleepover.
A few housekeeping details before the tail wagging begins. Please review the following terms and conditions of our Sit. Stay. Sleepover. package below.
- Sit. Stay. Sleepover. is available for dogs weighing 15kg or less.
- A maximum of one (1) dog is permitted per room.
- All dog-friendly stays must be booked via the Sit. Stay. Sleepover. package.
- Dogs must remain under the supervision of their owner at all times and must not be left unattended in guest rooms.
- Dogs must be kept on a leash whilst in all public areas of the hotel.
- Dogs are not permitted in indoor restaurant spaces, the gym, or pool area. Indoor common areas may only be used as a thoroughfare when moving through the hotel.
- Dogs are welcome in designated outdoor dining and bar areas when kept on a leash.
- Owners are responsible for the behaviour, wellbeing, and noise levels of their dog throughout their stay.
- Crystalbrook Vincent reserves the right to request the removal of any dog displaying ongoing disruptive, aggressive, or unsafe behaviour.
- Any damage caused by a dog, including additional cleaning requirements, may be charged to the registered guest.
- For stays longer than three (3) consecutive nights, an additional cleaning fee of $95 will apply to cover housekeeping services during the stay.
