Price: $99 per person and optional upgrade +$75 per person.

Six course tasting menu: 99 per person
- Baked sourdough cob with whipped cultured butter (v, vga, dfa)
- Burrata with silver beet, blood orange, roasted walnut and truffle crumb, yuzu dressing (v, n)
- Pan-seared tiger prawns with roasted capsicum, pine nut butter, lemon (gf, n)
- Queensland grain-fed ribeye (MB6) topped with cowboy butter (gf)
- Baby gem salad with Caesar dressing, crouton crumb (v, vga)
- Chef's selection of desserts
