Members of The Crowd need to supply a valid email address, mobile phone number, postcode, first name and last name, and opt-in to receive email and SMS marketing communication from Crystalbrook Collection. Members of the Crowd receive up to 10% off accommodation at Crystalbrook Vincent when booking this rate directly via the website. The "10% off" discounts that Crystalbrook Crowd members receive is factored into total pricing. Non-Crowd members can only access a free breakfast offer when booking on the 'Stay + Free Breakfast' rate. Rates and inventory are dynamic and subject to availability. Blackout dates and minimum night stays may apply. Available only for new reservations for stays until 31 August 2026 and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or discount. Discount is applicable to your room booking only and is not applicable to restaurants, bars, or mini bar. Bookings are prepaid, non-refundable. The free breakfast benefit is valid for up to two (2) guests. However, if the room is occupied by only one (1) guest, no refund, credit, or substitution will be provided for the second breakfast. Additional guests using existing bedding must pay for breakfast. Guests paying for extra bedding (e.g., sofa/rollaway) will have breakfast included. Payments by credit card will incur a 1% transaction fee. Payments by debit card do not incur transaction fees. Plans changed? Cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before arrival.
