Easter cocktails at Fiume
Bold, boozy, and a little bit sweet – our Easter cocktails are anything but traditional.
Perched above the Brisbane River, Fiume Rooftop Bar is serving up a trio of limited-edition cocktails that take Easter to elevated new heights. Think marshmallow-infused gin, chocolate-dipped Negronis, and pineapple spice with a green apple twist.
On the Menu
- Bad Bunny – Clove and cinnamon infused Havana Club spiced rum, blackcurrant, lime, pineapple juice
- Easter Egg Negroni – Beefeater gin, crème de cacao, Campari, chocolate bitters
- Marshmallow Clover Club – Malfy pink gin, citrus, honeycomb syrup
