Fantastic Fungi Feast returns for one more night of mushroom mischief, medicinal tonics and culinary magic. If you missed your seat at the first feast, consider this your second chance to join the table.
This is one for the mushroom lovers. For those who know the joy of a perfectly sautéed shiitake. For the curious, the seekers and the flavour chasers.
Forest Byron Bay teams up once more with SuperFeast and Shroom Brothers to bring you an evening devoted to the beauty and brilliance of fungi. Expect a long table surrounded by rainforest, a warm mushroom tonic to start, and five courses built around function, flavour and local produce with special guest Mason Taylor, founder of SuperFeast, joining us at the table.
