Mews' Muse
Mews and Crystalbrook Vincent acknowledge the traditional Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander owners of the land, sea and waters of the Australian continent, and recognize their custodianship of culture and Country for over 60,000 years. We acknowledge and extend our respect to Elders both past present and upcoming future leaders.
Through working in partnership with southeast Queensland’s best artisans, farmers, fisherman and independent local growers, we have developed a menu focused on sustainably sourced produce, while leaning in to a sustainable, plant-forward approach, free of pomp or pretension, that celebrates the beauty of ingredients.
Keepin it fresh
Our menus at Mews are constantly growing and evolving, so please take these menus with a grain of salt - they may be slightly updated prior to your next visit.
