The $1 Reset Reward promotion is open to eligible Crystalbrook Crowd members who book directly via crystalbrookcollection.com on the ‘Crowd Exclusive: Up to 30% off’ rate during the sale period. One eligible booking per day will be randomly selected. The selected booking will receive a refund on eligible accommodation charges only, processed after the stay is completed, reducing the total accommodation cost to $1. Refunds are capped at a maximum of $2,000 per booking and exclude any additional charges including food and beverage, spa, parking or other incidentals.
