June is World Ocean Month, and we're spotlighting the incredible journey your oyster shells take after you dine.

All oyster shells from Fiume (and the Howard Smith Wharves precinct) are donated to OzFish, supporting the largest community-led shellfish reef restoration project in Australia.

Instead of ending up in landfill, your shells help rebuild native oyster reefs in Moreton Bay — filtering seawater, housing marine life, and restoring underwater ecosystems.

To show our appreciation to our diners and give back to the community, we're giving one lucky winner the chance to win a luxe overnight stay at Crystalbrook Vincent.

What's in it for you:

The fine print:

Entries open to Australian residents in NSW, ACT, VIC, QLD, WA, TAS, NT and SA. To be eligible to enter, you must dine at Fiume during the month of June and enter via QR code at the bar or special oyster menu. By entering, the entrant agrees to receive emails from Crystalbrook Collection, which they may unsubscribe from at any time. Entrants must read and agree to Crystalbrook Collection's privacy policy before entering. 

Competition terms and conditions: winner will be announced on Wednesday 2 July 2025. Winner will be notified via email with a voucher to redeem their prize. If winner does not acknowledge receipt of prize within seven days of distribution, a new winner will be drawn. Prize is valid for 12 months from the date of distribution, is non-transferrable nor redeemable for cash. Entrants and guests must be aged 18+.
