  1. What time is check-in and check-out? Check-in is from 2pm and check-out is by 10am. If you’re arriving early or leaving late, let us know and we’ll do our best to accommodate you, subject to availability. Our team can also help store your luggage if you want to explore the city before your room is ready or after check-out. 
  2. What happens if I arrive late? Rooms are generally ready by standard check-in, but if you expect to arrive later at night, just let us know. We can prepare your room or offer storage options, so you can settle in easily whenever you arrive. 
  3. What kinds of rooms can I book and will I get a view I like? Crystalbrook Vincent offers a range of rooms with city or river views, as well as quieter rooms looking at the nature wall on the cliff-face. When booking, you can request your preferred room, and we’ll do our best to match your stay to your vibe. 
  4. How do I get to Crystalbrook Vincent? Crystalbrook Vincent is located at 5 Boundary Street, Brisbane City, right on the river at Howard Smith Wharves. If you’re arriving from Brisbane Airport, it’s an easy 20–25 minute trip by taxi or rideshare. If you’re already in the city, we’re just a short stroll from the CBD via the scenic Riverwalk. Once you’re here, you’ll find yourself in the centre of it all with cafés, bars, and Brisbane’s best attractions are right on our doorstep. Whether you’re checking in, meeting friends, or exploring the city, getting to (and around) Crystalbrook Vincent is effortlessly simple. 
  5. Can I park at the hotel and do I have to pay? Parking is managed by a third-party operator, not the hotel. We can offer our guests a discounted overnight rate. If you’re visiting the wharves for a few hours, parking can also be booked online. Our team is happy to explain the options ahead of or during your arrival. 
  6. What are the noise levels like? Sleeping under the iconic Story Bridge comes with a little of the city’s hum, but our triple-glazed windows let you rest peacefully with the doors closed. If you’re sensitive to noise, we recommend checking the room descriptions before booking and notifying front desk ahead of your stay.  
  7. Will I have to wait long for the lifts during busy periods? At peak check-in and check-out times the lifts may have short waits. If you have heavy luggage or mobility needs, let us know and we can prioritise your access or assist you with luggage to make getting around the hotel smooth and stress-free. 
  8. Can I host a meeting or event at Crystalbrook Vincent?  Yes, there are three meeting and event spaces, including outdoor terraces with sweeping river city views.  
  9. What are the dining options at Crystalbrook Vincent? We offer a few delicious ways to dine during your stay. Fiume Rooftop Bar & Restaurant, located on level 3, is where Brisbane comes alive. Sip killer cocktails and savour tasting plates while taking in sweeping city and river views that make every hour golden. Whether it’s a sunset drink, a long lunch with friends, or an unforgettable dinner, Fiume combines bold flavours, impeccable service, and a vibe that makes you want to stay just one more hour (or three). Mews Café & Bar, on the ground floor, sits in the heart of all the action at Howard Smith Wharves. Enjoy laid-back all-day breakfast, brunch, specialty coffee, and casual dining while soaking up the buzz of riverside Brisbane. Prefer to stay in your suite? In-room dining is available all day, bringing the flavours of Vincent straight to your door so you can relax, unwind, and eat in style. 
  10. Do I need to make a reservation at Fiume and Mews if i am a hotel guest?  We recommend booking ahead to secure your spot, and reservations can be made online for ease. Walk-ins are always welcome, but during busy periods we can’t guarantee a table without one. Any questions or special requests? Just reach out. Our team are here to help.  
  11. What happens if the rooftop bar or restaurant is full or closed for an event? The rooftop and restaurants are popular and occasionally private events may affect access. Our concierge can advise ahead of time, help you plan your visit, and offer nearby alternatives so your day or evening stays enjoyable and seamless. 
  12. Are the curtains and blinds effective for sleeping? Rooms are fit with blackout blinds and sheer curtains.  
  13. Is the hotel suitable for couples, families, or a quiet stay? Crystalbrook Vincent is perfect for couples, friends, or solo travellers who enjoy design, city energy, and nightlife. Families with young children or guests seeking total quiet may want to check room locations or visit during quieter times. Our team can advise on the best options. 
  14. Are the rooms comfortable and well-equipped? Rooms are designed for both style and comfort. Expect sleek interiors, spacious bathrooms, Nespresso machines, and thoughtful amenities to make your stay effortless and enjoyable. 
  15. What are the artworks about at Crystalbrook Vincent? Crystalbrook Vincent isn’t just a place to stay, it’s a full‑on art experience. The hotel is draped in the work of Vincent Fantauzzo, one of Australia’s most celebrated contemporary artists (yes, the guy who’s won the Archibald People’s Choice Award more often than anyone). Inside, you’ll find more than 500 original works and giclée prints decorating the walls, rooms and public spaces. Fantauzzo’s art spans more than just Aussie icons: his signature portraits and evocative pieces draw from people and stories across the globe, turning the hotel into a global‑minded gallery with a distinctly local heart. 
  16. If I go to Fiume Rooftop Bar can I use the pool? The rooftop pool is for Crystalbrook Vincent guest use only.  
  17. Are the elevators reliable if I’m in a hurry? Elevators run smoothly, but busy periods may cause short waits. Our team can help with luggage, provide stair access if suitable, or suggest quieter times to move between floors. 
  18. What if something in the room is broken? If you notice any faults, contact reception right away. We will fix it promptly or arrange an alternative so your stay is as comfortable as possible. 
  19. Will checkout and billing be straightforward? Absolutely. Checkout is designed to be effortless. If you have questions about charges, minibar treats, or room service, just ask and our team will walk you through everything so there are no surprises, only smooth departures and the kind of finish that makes you want to come back. 
  20. Is there a cancellation policy or refundable rate, and how do I make changes to my reservation? Our cancellation and refund policies vary depending on the rate you book (flexible vs non-refundable).
