Business in a Bag Hire
By completing the form, you agree to the following:
Responsibility for damage or loss: The guest understands and agrees that on return of the equipment it is to be in the same clean and undamaged condition as when received, with the exception of reasonable wear and tear. The guest will be held financially liable for full replacement cost if deemed required (and such costs will be added to the guest's room account). Therefore, regardless of the party at fault the guest is fully aware and agrees to be responsible for any lost or damaged equipment.
The guest hereby warrants that it is he/she’s responsibility to protect the welfare of the equipment. By completing this entry form, you agree to these terms and conditions and you and everyone in your group assume full responsibility for any damage incurred.
Waiver and release agreement
Assumption of risk: I understand and accept that hiring portable desktop equipment (including but not limited to a portable monitor, keyboard, mouse, lighting kit, and related accessories) from Crystalbrook Collection trading as Crystalbrook Vincent entails certain risks, including but not limited to damage to or loss of equipment, electrical hazards, physical strain from transporting or using the equipment, and risk of damage to my personal property. I acknowledge that I am responsible for operating the equipment safely and that I am solely liable for any injuries or damage arising from improper use, transport, or setup. I accept full responsibility for any and all such injury or damage, including damage to the equipment, my property, or injury to myself or others.
Waiver and release: In consideration of Crystalbrook Vincent hiring this equipment to me, I voluntarily release and forever discharge Crystalbrook Vincent and its related bodies corporate, including their employees, contractors, and agents, from any and all liability, claims, or causes of action for any injury, illness, death, loss, or damage to property that may arise during or as a result of my use or possession of the Business in a Bag equipment. This includes, but is not limited to, claims arising from the negligence of Crystalbrook Vincent or its employees, contractors, or agents. I understand that I am fully responsible for the care of the equipment during the hire period and agree to return it in the same condition as received. In the event of damage, loss, or failure to return any item, I accept that the following replacement charges (in AUD) will apply: Portable laptop monitor $255.00, Leather laptop monitor case $50.00, Conference lighting kit $38.00, Wireless Keyboard and Mouse $35.00, USB-A to USB-C Adapter $50.00, HDMI $50.00.
I have carefully read this agreement in its entirety and understand its content. I am aware this is an assumption of risk, waiver and release of liability and I sign it voluntarily. I agree to comply with all conditions outlined in this contract.
