Thursday Market Menus are back

Every Thursday, Executive Chef Etienne Karner visits the Byron Farmers Markets to source the freshest ingredients for our special market menu in Forest, Byron Bay.

Set next to a lush rainforest oasis, Forest celebrates sustainability working hand-in-hand with local farmers, growers and artisans.

Enjoy three-courses (yes, that includes dessert for all you sweet tooths) for $75. And the best part? It changes every week, so you’re always spoilt for choice.
