A continuation of Forest’s commitment to offering locally sourced and sustainable dining, the four-course menu will compliment a curated selection of Craggy Range Wines. Matt Dunne will talk guests through the journey of each of the food and wine pairings.
This is an opportunity for both Forest and Craggy Range to celebrate our passion for sustainability while showcasing the abundance of Northern Rivers’ produce.
Craggy Range is a family-owned winery situated in the shadow of the spectacular Te Mata Peak in the premium wine growing area of Hawke’s Bay, New Zealand. Craggy Range is committed to sustainability and giving back to the region having embarked on the largest biodiversity project in the New Zealand wine industry, planting 150,000 native trees and plants in and around their Te Muna Road vineyards.
