Parilla BBQ Fridays

Join us every Friday in July for a special Parilla-style charcoal BBQ dinner at Forest. Sip on mulled wine and savour the rich, smoky flavours of dishes cooked over an open fire outdoors on the lawn. Gather with friends and family to enjoy a variety of expertly grilled dishes, each cooked to perfection over an open flame.

While the BBQ is prepared outside on the lawn, you'll be able to watch from the cosy comfort of the restaurant.

Set against the stunning natural backdrop of Crystalbrook Byron, our BBQ nights are designed to be more than just a meal – they are a celebration of community and the simple pleasures of life.

The deets:

Time: 5 PM – 8:30 PM
Dates: Every Friday in July (5th, 12th, 19th, 26th)
Price: $55 per person, including a glass of mulled wine

The menu:

  • 5 and 19 July: empanadas humita | roasted picanha and grilled vegetables | dulce de leche flan, raspberries, lemon myrtle mascarpone
  • 12 and 26 July: grilled butterfly prawns with fermented chili and garlic butter | roasted grilled chicken with salsa verdeo and grilled vegetables | grilled pineapple, candied walnuts, caramel, lemon myrtle mascarpone
