To celebrate Crystalbrook Sustainability Month, Executive Chef Jordan Staniford will feature a unique, sustainable menu every Friday from 8 to 29 October.
With ingredients sourced from Byron Farmers Markets, our local suppliers and even our very own rainforest, every week's menu will be different.
Set next to a lush rainforest oasis, Forest celebrates sustainability working hand-in-hand with local farmers, growers and artisans.
Enjoy three-courses (yes, that includes dessert for all you sweet tooths) for $75.
