Urban Beehive

The Urban Beehive provides gorgeous, locally-made, Surry Hills honey for our guests to enjoy with their breakfast or at the Espresso bar. 

With the aim of supporting honeybees with their critically important work in urban Sydney, Urban Beehive put beehives in city backyards, businesses, community gardens and on rooftops. All over Sydney, the bees are enjoying some of the best views the city has to offer. 

BRIX Distillery 

BRIX is a local rum distillery in Surry Hills, sourcing the best quality Australian molasses, fresh organic sugar cane, an Australian-made copper still, the best quality native spices and Australian wine barrels from some of the best winemaking regions of the world.

Crystalbrook Albion stocks BRIX rum in the Honour Bar. Tastings, cocktail recipe cards and tasting notes will also be available at times for guests to enjoy and indulge. 

POHO Flowers

A Potts Point institution and flower industry leader, Poho sources their fresh flowers from local growers and provides the local Sydney community with contemporary floral arrangements for home, office, weddings and events. 

POHO is Crystalbrook Albion's preferred florist for all in-room and hotel arrangements. 

Infinity Bakery 

Our local bakery, Infinity use local produce and organic ingredients to create the most scrumptious bread and pastries for our guests to enjoy in the morning.

Whisk & Pin 

A little further out than our usual Sydney suppliers, Whisk & Pin is a Blue Mountains local gourmet food business who supplies our guests their delicious granola at our breakfast buffet (currently on pause), we also proudly stock a range of there individually packaged nuts and snacks in the Honour Bar.  

Cape Byron Distillery

Crystalbrook Albion proudly stocks Cape Byron Distillery's Byron Bay Dry Gin + Slow Gin in our Honour Bar (with huge love and support of our sibling resort, Crystalbrook Byron in Byron Bay).

Cape Byron is a firm favourite on the G+T trolley rotation (in collaboration with CAPI soft drinks, family-owned Melbourne soft drink provider).
