Inspired by outback flavours and botanical aromas, Mt Uncle Bushfire Smoked Australis Gin meets cinnamon, lemon and sparkling soda for a lively refreshment
- 60ml Mt Uncle Bushfire Smoked Botanical Australis Gin
- 30ml fresh lemon juice
- 30ml cinnamon sugar syrup*
- Soda water
- In a tall glass add Mt Uncle Bushfire Smoked Botanical Australis Gin, lemon and cinnamon.
- Fill with ice and top up with soda.
- For something a little fancy garnish with a smoked cinnamon quill and dehydrated lemon.
*Cinnamon sugar syrup
- One cup water
- Four cinnamon sticks
- One cup white sugar
- In a small saucepot add water and cinnamon and bring to boil.
- Simmer for 10 minutes, and strain out cinnamon sticks.
- Bring water back to boil, add sugar and stir until sugar is dissolved.
