Inspired by outback flavours and botanical aromas, Mt Uncle Bushfire Smoked Australis Gin meets cinnamon, lemon and sparkling soda for a lively refreshment

Ingredients: 

  • 60ml Mt Uncle Bushfire Smoked Botanical Australis Gin 
  • 30ml fresh lemon juice 
  • 30ml cinnamon sugar syrup* 
  • Soda water

Method: 

  1. In a tall glass add Mt Uncle Bushfire Smoked Botanical Australis Gin, lemon and cinnamon. 
  2. Fill with ice and top up with soda. 
  3. For something a little fancy garnish with a smoked cinnamon quill and dehydrated lemon. 
  4. Cheers! 

*Cinnamon sugar syrup

Ingredients: 

  • One cup water 
  • Four cinnamon sticks 
  • One cup white sugar

Method: 

  1. In a small saucepot add water and cinnamon and bring to boil. 
  2. Simmer for 10 minutes, and strain out cinnamon sticks. 
  3. Bring water back to boil, add sugar and stir until sugar is dissolved.
