| Eligible entrants | Entry to the Promotion is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or older in all Eligible States/Territories who fulfil the Method of Entry requirements. |
| Details of prize | One (1) winner will receive: Two (2) Roundhouse Spring High Tea experiences, including the bottomless First Creek upgrade, valued at $250 in total. One (1) six-bottle case of First Creek Limited Release Blanc de Blancs and one (1) six-bottle case of First Creek Limited Release Rosé, valued at $480 in total. Total prize value: $730 AUD. |
| Prize conditions | The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash. The Roundhouse Spring High Tea component must be redeemed by 31 October 2026 and is subject to availability. The winner and their High Tea guest must be aged 18 years or older to participate in the alcoholic beverage inclusions. Responsible service of alcohol applies. Travel to and from Crystalbrook Kingsley, accommodation and any other associated expenses are not included in the prize and are the responsibility of the winner and their guest. |

Each separate comment tagging a different person constitutes one (1) entry. Entrants may enter multiple times provided each entry tags a different person. Entrants must continue to follow all three nominated Instagram accounts at the time of the Prize Draw for their entry to be considered valid. |

| Notification of winner | The winner will be notified via Instagram direct message from the official @roundhousenewcastle Instagram account on Tuesday 22 September 2026. Crystalbrook Kingsley, Roundhouse and First Creek Wines will never request payment or banking details in order for a winner to claim this prize. |
| Public announcement of winner | The winner's name and/or Instagram handle will be published on this Terms and Conditions webpage following verification of the winning entry. |
| Prize claim period | The winner must respond to the Promoter's Instagram direct message within 48 hours of notification to confirm acceptance of the prize and their eligibility. |
| Unclaimed prize draw | If the winner does not respond within 48 hours of the winner notification, despite reasonable efforts by the Promoter to make contact, the Promoter may conduct an unclaimed prize draw from the remaining valid entries. Any unclaimed prize draw will take place at the same location and using the same random draw method as the original Prize Draw. |

Terms & Conditions of Entry
- Information on how to enter and prize details form part of these Terms & Conditions (Terms of Entry). The Terms must be read in conjunction with the Schedule. The Schedule defines the terminology used in these Terms of Entry. Where there is any inconsistency between these Terms and the Schedule, the Schedule prevails. Participation in this Promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms of Entry.
- Entry is open only to legal residents of the Eligible States/Territories who are aged 18 years or older and satisfy the Method of Entry. Directors, officers, management, employees, suppliers (including prize suppliers) and contractors, and their immediate families, of the Promoter, its related bodies corporate, and agencies and companies associated with this Promotion are ineligible to enter.
- The Promotion will be conducted during the Promotion Period.
- The prize and total prize pool are specified in the Schedule and are valued in Australian dollars.
- The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
- Entrants must follow the Method of Entry during the Promotion Period. Failure to satisfy all entry requirements will result in an invalid entry.
- Each separate eligible comment tagging a different person will constitute one (1) entry. Multiple entries from the same entrant are permitted, provided each entry tags a different person.
- The time of entry will be deemed to be the time the entry is received through Instagram.
- The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost, delayed, incomplete, incorrectly submitted or misdirected entries, or for entries not received due to technical or communications issues.
- The prize will be awarded to one valid entrant selected randomly in accordance with the Prize Draw details in the Schedule.
- The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and the eligibility of entrants. An entry may be disqualified if it does not comply with these Terms of Entry or if the entrant manipulates or tampers with the entry process.
- The winner does not need to be present at the Prize Draw.
- The winner will be notified in accordance with the Schedule and must respond within 48 hours to confirm acceptance of the prize and their eligibility.
- If the winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within the stated period despite reasonable efforts to contact them, the Promoter may conduct an unclaimed prize draw from the remaining valid entries, subject to applicable law.
- It is a condition of accepting the prize that the winner and their guest comply with all conditions of use of the prize, venue requirements and responsible service of alcohol requirements.
- The Roundhouse Spring High Tea component must be redeemed by 31 October 2026 and is subject to availability. If the winner is unable to use the prize within the specified redemption period, no cash or alternative compensation will be provided.
- Travel, accommodation and other costs associated with accepting or using the prize are not included unless expressly stated in the Schedule and are the responsibility of the winner.
- The winner's name and/or Instagram handle will be published in accordance with the Public Announcement of Winner section of the Schedule.
- If a prize or any component of the prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter's control, the Promoter may substitute a prize of equal or greater value, subject to applicable law and any directions from a regulatory authority.
- To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not responsible for loss, damage or injury arising from participation in the Promotion or acceptance or use of the prize, except for any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
- The Promoter may cancel, suspend or modify the Promotion if an event beyond its reasonable control prevents the Promotion from proceeding as planned, subject to applicable law and any directions from a regulatory authority.
- Any personal information collected from the winner in connection with the administration or fulfilment of the prize will be handled in accordance with the Promoter's Privacy Policy and applicable privacy laws.
- This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram. By entering, entrants release Instagram from liability in connection with the Promotion. Questions, comments or complaints regarding the Promotion should be directed to the Promoter and not Instagram.
- The Promotion and these Terms of Entry are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
