| Eligibility | Entry is open to individuals aged 18 years or over who submit their details via the designated competition form and consent to join the Crystalbrook talent pool. Employees of the Promoter and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter. |
| Entry Method | To enter, participants must complete the online entry form during the competition period. By entering, participants acknowledge and agree that their details will be added to the Crystalbrook talent pool and may be used by the People & Culture team to contact them regarding current or future employment opportunities. Limit of one (1) entry per person. |
| Competition Period | Entries open and close as stated on the competition landing page. Entries close at 11:59pm AEST on 12 May 2026. |
| Prize | One (1) winner will receive: • One-night accommodation for two people at Crystalbrook Sam, Adelaide The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash. Travel to and from the hotel is not included. |
| Prize Conditions | The prize must be redeemed within 12 months of issue and is subject to availability. Blackout dates may apply, including public holidays and peak periods. The prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. |
| Winner Selection & Notification | The winner will be selected at random on 13 May 2026. The winner will be notified via the email address provided at the time of entry. If the winner does not respond within 7 days, the prize will be forfeited and a redraw will take place. |
| Use of Personal Information | By entering this Promotion, entrants consent to their personal information being collected and used by the Promoter for the purposes of administering the Promotion and for recruitment-related communications. Personal information will be handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws and the Promoter’s Privacy Policy. |
| General | The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or submits an entry not in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. The Promoter is not responsible for any technical issues, late or lost entries, or other circumstances that may affect participation. All decisions of the Promoter are final and no correspondence will be entered into. |
