What they said:

This is a luxurious property with awesome customer service. The attention to detail from each member of staff was top class.

Ideal location too, just a short walk to nearby shops/bars or for our family to the lagoon or Muddy’s playground for the kids. The Crystalbrook Flynn Pools were an excellent place to relax and take a dip. As expected Rooms are well appointed, spacious, clean with very comfortable bedding. The espresso machine got a real workout too.

Great NEW hotel in a fantastic location on the esplanade. Close to restaurants and shops. Our adjoining hotel rooms were large and clean and great for a family with 2 small children. A lovely stay with exceptionally friendly staff.

Bailey (along with Riley and Flynn) offer top quality family rooms in Cairns at a great price. Cairns is long overdue for hotel upgrades and after staying at nearly all of the Cairns hotels over the last 10 years, Crystalbrook’s offerings are second to none.

On arrival we were greeted by friendly and efficient staff members who always exceed our expectations. We had a great “grab and go” breakfast of fresh coffee and warm muffins, locally made yogurt and juice - all included in our room rate. The rooms are immaculately clean, well presented and have everything required. Our family loves all of the Crystalbrook hotels in Cairns and look forward to our next stay.

Best family resort in Queensland! My family had a staycation for the long weekend and it was perfect. We booked a one bedroom apartment but got upgraded to a 2 bedroom apartment. Rooms were beautiful and fresh. Also housekeeping did amazing on request within 5 mins! Thank you! We loved that everything was walking distance! We enjoyed our stay and look forward to staying with you more in the future.

We have just returned from a luxurious and relaxing 10 night family stay at Crystalbrook Riley. We were a group of 7 travellers (family of 5 with three kids aged 15, 13 and 11) and grandparents. The hotel facilities deliver as pictured online if not better. The pools are stunning as are the rooms. 3 large connected pools with one beach/sand pool and massive spa - lots of options to keep everyone happy! We travelled during school holidays so there were lots of little kids, and with music playing around the pool area it made for a really fun family friendly lux vibe.
