How to Spa

The Spa offers a shared tranquil environment, we encourage our visitors to respect the privacy and peace of fellow spa guests.

Reservations and payment 

Please call The Spa team on 02 6639 2110 or in-room extension 2110 to make a booking.

All bookings must be guaranteed with a credit card, gift voucher or guest room number. A credit card surcharge of 1% applies. Please note a 10% surcharge applies on Sundays and public holidays.


We recommend you arrive at least 45-minutes prior to your treatment to take advantage of the relaxation area, steam room and heated mineral spa.

If this is your first visit, we require you to complete a health questionnaire. We provide robes, spa slippers, towels and lockers to secure your belongings.

Health and wellbeing

It is not advisable to consume alcohol prior to your treatment. We recommend staying hydrated pre and post-treatment. If you are pregnant or have special medical concerns, please advise our team at the time of booking. We are unable to offer spa treatments if you are experiencing cold and flu symptoms. 


We require 24-hours notice should you wish to cancel your booking and 48-hours if part of a group booking. Cancellation within 24-hours (or 48-hours for groups) of your booking will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellation without notice or no-shows will incur the full treatment fee. Spa guests must be a minimum of 16 years of age.
