At Eléme Day Spa, we believe that every visit should be a celebration of self-care. That's why, with our Passport to Bliss, we've curated a reward system that adds an extra layer of indulgence to your spa journey.
How It Works:
After every third treatment, you'll be treated to an exclusive reward, our way of saying ‘thanks’ for your loyalty. Simply pick up the Passport to Bliss at Eléme Day Spa at Crystalbrook Byron and start earning.
The fine print
- Available at Eléme Day Spa at Crystalbrook Byron in Byron Bay
- Loyalty Cards are restricted to adults aged 18 years and over
- Loyalty Cards must be presented at the time of the appointment for the treatment to be credited.
- Minimum 60-minute treatment only
- Only treatments received by the Loyalty Card member will be credited
- Treatments enjoyed before the commencement date of the Loyalty Card will not be credited
- We are not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged Loyalty Cards. Treatment credits will not be transferred to a new card should a Loyalty Card be lost, damaged or stolen.
- Loyalty Card cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, Promotion or Gift Voucher
- Loyalty Cards cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash or any other rewards. You cannot sell or transfer your Loyalty card to anyone else.
- Rewards earned through the Loyalty Card cannot be gifted to another person
- We reserve the right to terminate your membership in our Loyalty Program if we believe you have engaged in fraudulent or unlawful activity, or have failed to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
- We may discontinue our Loyalty Cards in our sole discretion, at no liability to you. If so, we will notify you by publicly posting on our website
