Tucked within 45 acres of subtropical rainforest, Forest is a unique dining destination in Byron Bay where the beauty of the breath-taking rainforest surroundings sets the stage for every meal.
Guided by the rhythm of the seasons, our menus celebrate exceptional local produce, with more than 80% of ingredients sourced within three hours of Byron Bay. Fresh herbs are picked from our on-site garden, honey comes from our four resident beehives, and thoughtfully selected ingredients from local growers and artisans bring each dish to life.
The drinks list is equally considered, featuring market-led cocktails and a carefully curated collection of sustainable, organic and biodynamic wines that pair beautifully with every course.
