The Seasonal Table is a celebration of the moments that define each season. Four times a year, our Executive Chef creates a menu inspired by a single seasonal theme, inviting guests to discover exceptional produce, curated wine pairings and the stories that bring every course to life. Hosted in the intimate surrounds of CC's Private Dining Room, each dinner is designed exclusively for the occasion. When the season changes, so does the menu.
